Do you find it hard to find the time to step back from your business and look at the bigger picture?

Is it a struggle to come up with a plan for growing your business and making it profitable?

Do you need help turning your great ideas into plans that will increase your reach and income?

If any of those questions resonate with you, we invite you to spend the weekend with us working on your business with other like-minded professionals.

Being a creative entrepreneur can sometimes feel very isolating, and our hope is that this Power Planning Weekend can be the beginning of a network of creative business owners who help each other become more successful and stay accountable to our individual goals.

The weekend’s events include guided planning exercises, training in special topics, and networking with other creatives. Space is extremely limited, so make sure you register early to guarantee your spot.

By the end of the weekend, we want you to have a clear plan of how you’re generating revenue this year, ways to put those plans in action, and what to focus on first to maximize your impact.

Have additional questions? Please consult our Retreat FAQs.

Retreat Format

Power Planning Weekend is an online, virtual session that will take place on a partner event site. Once you register, you will be granted access to the retreat materials and you’ll receive additional information via email.

Retreat Activities

Learning Sessions

Throughout the retreat, there will be guided sessions on a few, focused business topics aimed at jump-starting your revenue-making and brand-building activities.

Breakout Sessions / Office Hours

One of the awesome parts of this retreat is the opportunity to take what you’ve learned in the business presentations and apply it immediately to develop a plan of execution for your business.

You’ll work in small groups to discuss each topic, how it applies to your business, brainstorm ideas, and get feedback from your fellow participants and instructors.

At the end of the two days, we want every business owner to leave with a plan on what to do immediately, what to do next, and what to do later to generate or improve revenue for their business.

Our session leaders are also PPW attendees, so they’ll be working on their business planning just like you. This is dedicated time for the instructors to be available for questions about the learning session material if you need additional help.

Working Sessions

If co-working is not your style, you can use this time to work independently or find a partner.

Networking

This retreat will also present a unique opportunity to network with individual participants 1:1 using live video and audio. If small talk freaks you out, we’ll have some conversation starters so you can get to know, and get to trust, your fellow group members.
